The A6 Training introduces the A6 strategy for pioneering and revitalizing the discipleship ministry in local campuses, and helps staff members analyze their current ministry condition as well as prepare a clear plan forward.
The intensive 20-hour training can be conducted in a few days, and is especially designed for locations where outside manpower may not be necessary, or where inviting mission teams is difficult. The training covers the following content:
Vision of Discipleship
Understanding the importance of discipleship, aligning with the global direction of CCC, and embedding the core DNA of CCC.
Hexa Review
Identifying issues within six key categories towards improving the current ministry.
A6 Model of Discipleship
Explaining the A6 strategy and methods, including the MD Training and programs and activities from the A6 Projects.
Challenges in Discipleship
Recognizing and analyzing the main challenges faced in the local ministry.
Alternatives for the Challenges
Developing practical solutions to the challenges in the local context
Action Plans for Discipleship
Setting goals and action points to implement in the campus ministry over the next six months.
